Order Terms & Information:
- All order information that you submit must be truthful and accurate. Any false information will result in your order being cancelled.
- If we have any reason to suspect that there is something wrong with the information submitted, We will either hold you order for further evaluation, or cancel it immediately, at our discretion.
- By clicking submit on the checkout page, you agree to pay the full amount shown in your cart, changing to a cheaper shipping method later may not be an option.
- Orders can only be cancelled until they are shipped. After that, it is your responsibility to get the product(s) back to us, and the shipping charge will NOT be refunded.
- As errors are virtually unavoidable, and are likely to happen at some point, McGuire Gear reserves the right to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error. You will be refunded, and McGuire Gear will have no further obligations towards you.
- McGuireGear reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time prior to shipping, and refund your total payment.
What are the shipping charges?
All purchases over $125 are eligible for free domestic USPS shipping. Purchases under $125 will be charged a flat fee of $9.99 for shipping & handling. The default shipping method that we use here is USPS parcel post. There are other shipping methods available at checkout, or you can contact us directly, if you do not see your desired shipping method and we will do whatever we can to help you.
How long will it take until I get my stuff?
The expected shipping time when using the default shipping method is usually 4-7 business days. This includes our processing time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the shipping time.
While we make an effort to get your order out within the first business day, we cannot guarantee it, especially during the holiday season. Some orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed. Expedited shipping is prioritized.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the world that the USPS will go, so pretty much anywhere but Somalia. Some of our products are restricted for export and we will not be able to ship anywhere out of the United States.
Please keep in mind that we cannot be responsible for customs and import taxes on your end, both as far as the money involved, and as far as the hold-up in time.WE WILL NOT BREAK THE LAW AND MISREPRESENT THE COST OF THE PURCHASED ITEMS. Please do not put our staff in the uncomfortable position of having to tell you this directly. Thanks in Advance.
Do you ship to military addresses, APO/FPO etc.?
We do ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please allow additional time for military addresses.
Please note: There may restrictions on items that can be sent with military mail.
Can I expedite my shipping?
We do have available options for expedited shipping. There is a dropdown menu in the cart that allows you to select a number of other shipping methods. If the method you are looking for is not listed, please feel free to contact us via email: email@example.com or and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, but understand that things don't always go exactly according to plan, and we do accept returns. We can offer an exchange, or a refund. The customer is responsible for getting the item back to us, the refund will not include shipping, and there will be a restocking fee of up to $10.
I didn't get the product/color/size that I ordered.
In the event that we send out the incorrect item, or wrong size or color, we take full responsibility. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label to send your purchase back, and we will send out the correct item as soon as we receive the original item.
How long do I have to return?
Returns will be accepted, no questions asked, within 30 days of purchase, on any item that is still in original condition. If you have passed the time limit due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you.
